“Choices”
Life is full of decisions, Bro.. Not all are those of heavy consequence but what you choose can greatly impact your feelings and point of view.. For me the benches strewn about represent that. You can choose any one you want but what you see and feel can be very different if you choose to sit under the covering vs. choosing the bench that’s out in the open.

“Perspective”
I’ve decided to terminate my lease with Emerge.. It’s was (and is) a great place and it was a great experience but it’s just not what I need as an artist. I really should have known that before signing on but I got caught up in the pseudo prestige that comes along with being able to say you have a studio downtown. I spent the better part of my weekend moving my equipment back to my apartment and setting up a true home office/ studio that truly works for me. I’m learning how crucial the mental state you’re in is to your creative vision and the work you hope to produce. I’m back in a good place.. emotionally and literally.
